摘 要:荞麦是我国传统杂粮之一,本研究通过玉米低营养小鼠模型结合食品BDI-GS新体系进行荞麦营养健康效应的综合评价,用损益指数(BDI)及其累计积分(GS)考察荞麦摄取对机体重要脏器组织及微观血清生化指标的影响。以线性生长期健康的ICR小鼠为对象,设有玉米空白对照组,掺和8%、16%、32%荞麦组,喂养12 d后,称重并取血样、解剖,完整剖取9项脏器组织,并进行血清生化指标的分析检测。结果表明荞麦对机体胸腺、脾脏、胰腺指标的营养、健康存在有益的效应,表现在3个剂量的重量及系数BDI均高于1.0;且3个剂量荞麦实验组的累计GS值也均高于9.0(9项指标)的基本积分。表明低剂量下摄取荞麦对机体重要脏器组织有良好的营养和健康效应,可降低血糖、血脂。同时,可以控制体重增加对抗肥胖,对我国糖尿病、癌症等相关慢性流行病的预防,降低发病率具有积极的意义。Buckwheat is one of traditional grain cereals, in this study, through low-nutritional mice model combined the BDI-GS evaluation system of food, nutritional and healthy effects of buckwheat were evaluated comprehensively, observe the influences of buckwheat intake for functions of vital organs and/or tissues by using approach of benefit-damage index (BDI) and accumulative general scores (GS), as well as microscope serum biochemical parameters. The healthy ICR male mice during the linear growth were selected as subject. Including of blank control mice fed with maize, 8 %, 16 % and 32 % spiking buckwheat diets fed mice were designed in the study, respectively. After fed 12 days, took mice body weights and obtained blood samples, performed necropsy and excised perfectly 9 organs or tissues, record weights and calculated indices and their BDI values, as well as accumulative GS values, further detected the serum biochemical parameters. The buckwheat intake for indicators of thymus, spleen and pancreas in organism is of greater beneficial effects, expressed in organls weight and index BDI values all above 1.0 at three doses, obviously; and the accumulative GS values of 9 organ weights and indices in three doses are also all above 9.0 the basic points. The study manifests that buckwheat intake at lower dose is of better nutritional and healthy benefits to important organs and tissues of organism, may decrease glucose and lipid in blood. At the same time, consumption of buckwheat may suppress body weight growth and subsequent anti-obesity, and it is of active significances for effective prevention and lowering incidence in diabetes mellitus, cancers and so on chronic epidemics.
