摘　　要：加强在校生职业核心能力培养,可以有效提高艺术类专业学生的就业竞争力和入职发展力。文章以播音主持专业为例,探讨我国艺术类专业学生的职业核心能力培养模式,以期为我国教育事业及艺术类学生就业提供有益的借鉴。Strengthening the students’ professional core ability can improve the employment competitiveness and entry devel‐opment ability of the students who major in Arts effectively .So as to providing some useful references for our Country’ s Educational Business and Arts Specialties students ,the essay will take Presiding as an example to discuss the strategy mode of profes‐sional core ability of Chinese Arts Specialties students .
