摘　　要：集团化办学条件下中高职教育交融式衔接的管理运作是在职教集团中,为了实现中高职教育交融式衔接的预期目标,以人、财、物、时等为中心进行的协调活动。中高职教育交融式衔接的实现,需要构建一套科学合理、富有实际可操作性的衔接管理运作体系,即在集团化办学条件下,秉承合作共享、交融发展的管理理念,构建统一管理,分级负责、联动协作的运行机制,形成规范化、制度化与信息化的管理办法。The management of the blending link between the secondary and higher vocational education is the coordinating activities of people, wealth, products and time in the collectivization school-running. The realization of the blending link needs a set of scientific and maneuverable management system which means promoting, opening, sharing and blending development idea, constructing operation mechanism of unified management, graded responsibility and interactive cooperation, forming management method of standardization, institutionalization, and informatization.
