摘 要:目的了解乌鲁木齐地区市售绿茶中稀土元素的含量,以及绿茶中稀土元素含量分布。方法采集62份乌鲁木齐地区市售绿茶,依据《2014年国家食品污染和有害因素风险监测工作手册》中,动植物性食品中稀土元素电感耦合离子体质谱法测定的标准操作程序进行检测。结果以稀土氧化物总量计,62份绿茶样品稀土元素总残留量0.001 99~9.120 00 mg/kg,平均含量(1.120 11±0.203 36)mg/kg,其中80.64%(50/62)样品含量在0.100 00~2.000 00 mg/kg之间,6份样品超出《食品中污染物限量》中规定的茶叶中稀土元素限量标准,合格率90.32%(56/62)。结论乌鲁木齐地区市售绿茶受稀土元素污染的风险不大,但仍需加强定期监测。Objective To investigate contents of rare earth elements in green tea sold in Urumqi, and analyze their distribu- tion in the green tea. Methods Sixty-two samples of green tea sold in Urumqi were collected and detected for the rare earth elements levels according to the standard operating procedure of detection for the rare earth elements in animal and plant products in Workbook for National Food Contamination and Harmful Factors Risk in 2014. Results Calculated with the total amount of rare earth oxides, the contents of the rare earth elements in green tea were 0.001 99-9.120 00 mg/kg in the 62 samples, with the average content of (1.120 11±0.203 36) mg/kg, and 80.64% (50/62) of the samples were from 0.100 00 to 2.000 00 mg/kg. Six samples were more than the national standard requirements, with qualified rate of 90.32% (56/62). Conclusions Although there is little risk of pollution by the rare earth elements in the green tea sold in Urumqi, regular monitoring still needs strengthened.
