摘　　要：以学科教学知识（pedagogical content knowledge,PCK）为基础,通过立体化核心课程群和＂观摩—见习—研习—实训—实习＂五阶段一体化实践教学体系构建,引入教师职业资格标准,师范生将已有的化学学科专业知识、技能和教育科学知识运用于中学化学教育、教学和研究工作;建立可观察、可测量、可操作的科学的成长档案袋,达到系统全面地提升师范生教育实践能力的目的,实现教育实践能力培养模式的创新探索。Based on pedagogical content knowledge （PCK）, by three-dimensional core cur- riculum group, practical teaching system of five stages including observation, noviciate, learn- ing, training and practicum, and introduction of professional qualification standards of teacher, pre-service teachers can apply existing chemistry expertise, skills and educational knowledge to chemistry education in middle school and research work, and their educational practice ability can be enhanced by establishing observable, measurable, exercisable growing up files. This is an in- novative mode of educational practice ability training of pre-service teachers based on teacher cer- tification.
