摘　　要：通过对近年来德国应用技术大学校企合作的开展情况与激励机制的研究,试图从社会职能、开展校企合作的必要性、校企合作的开展形式、激励机制等方面综合分析德国应用技术大学校企合作对学校本身及社会建设的重要作用及存在的问题,藉此思考我国的应用型高校如何拓展与企业合作的形式与加深校企合作的内涵建设。Through the research of the current situations of school-enterprise cooperation and incentive system in German universi？ties of applied technology, the paper analyzes the important role on the construction of university and society that school-enterprise cooperation in German universities of applied technology plays as well as the problems that exist from the aspects of social function, the necessity of school-enterprise cooperation, the forms of the cooperation and incentive mechanism, in order to think deeply how to broaden the forms of cooperation between applied universities and enterprises in China, and deepen the connotation construction of school-enterprise cooperation.
