论高职生职业生涯教育与思想政治教育的有机融合

摘　　要：经济全球化背景下,我国市场经济高速发展,高等教育管理体制的改革,高校扩招和高职院校毕业生就业方式的改变,使得高职学生的思想政治教育变得复杂而艰巨。本文通过探讨高校思想政治教育与高职生职业生涯教育存在的问题及其成因分析,探讨了两者融合的必要性和可行性,从而进一步阐述将高职生职业生涯教育与思想政治教育有机融合的途径和方法,使得高职院校的教育行为与措施能进一步增强学生的主体意识,增强高职院校思想政治工作的实效性。Economic globalization, the rapid development of Chi- na＇s market economy, the reform of higher education management system, the expanded enrollment of colleges and universities and the change of higher vocational graduates＇ ways of employment, have made the ideological and political education for higher vo- cational students complex and arduous. Through analyzing the problems existing in the ideological and political education and career education in colleges and universities and the causes, this paper explores the necessity and feasibility of integrating them, and further elaborates the ways of organically integrating the ca- reer education and ideological and political education for higher vocational students, so as to further enhance students＇ subjective consciousness through the education behaviors and measures of higher vocational colleges, and strengthen the effectiveness of ideological and political education in higher vocational colleges.
