摘  要:实施阳光体育运动是为了打破一直以来体育教学活动中,过分重视学生的学习技能、忽视学生的融入性和参与性的体育教学问题。而所谓阳光体育运动实质上是一种理念,一种号召学生积极融入体育互动教学的理念。然而传统足球教学活动开展过程中,教学实践往往局限于教学课堂,缺乏足够量的课下互动,教学效果并不理想。因此,结合阳光体育运动理念,实施高校足球教学改革的重点只能是构建和应用课内外一体化教学模式。本文拟从阳光体育运动理念出发,结合传统高校足球教学活动中存在的问题和不足,推动足球课内外一体化教学模式创造与实践应用。To implement sunshine sports is to solve the long-last-ing problems in sports teaching, namely, laying too much empha-sis on students' learning of skills and ignoring students' infiltrat-ing and participating learning. The so-called sunshine sports is in fact a concept that encourage students to actively participate in sports interactive teaching. But in the traditional football teach-ing, teaching practice is merely in class and lacks sufficient af-ter-class interaction, leading to poor teaching effect. Therefore, combined with the concept of sunshine sports, the focus of imple-menting college football teaching reform can only be the con-struction and application of an integrated teaching model in and after class. Starting from the concept of sunshine sports, and combining with the problems and shortcomings existing in tradi-tional college football teaching, this paper intends to promote the construction and practical application of the integrated teaching model in and after class.
