摘　　要："全景全程式"是以医学理念为基础,强调纵横结合协调发展。将该模式应用于教师领军团队培养中,以"四大模块"构建全景培训框架,以"三种载体"完成全程培训过程。从而形成一支教育理念前沿、教学风格鲜明、个人专长凸显的领军团队。Panorama ＆ Omnidistance is a medical theory which emphasizes the vertical and horizontal integration coordinated development. The model used in the teachers＇ leading training has ＂four modules＂ to construct panoramic training framework and ＂three kinds of carriers＂ to complete the whole training process, thus forming a leader-team with frontier educational idea, distinctive teaching style and prominent personal expertise.
