摘　　要：水产动物的肌肉品质、营养价值会受到多种因素的影响,其中季节起着主导作用。水产动物繁殖前营养价值较高,繁殖后营养价值降低,而繁殖周期和季节相关。水产动物在不同季节营养价值会有所不同,了解这些变化可以指导我们合理地选择水产品。The muscle quality and nutritional value of aquatic animals was affected by many factors, the season played an important role. Before spawning, the nutritional value of aquatic animals was higher than after spawning, while reproductive cycle was relative to seasons. The nutritional value of aquatic animals changed with seasons, to understand these changes could guide our rational choice for aquatic products.
