摘 要:通过抑菌圈的测定、最小抑菌浓度(MIC)和最小杀菌浓度(MBC)的测定考察了没食子酸对荧光假单胞菌的抑制作用,并绘制了杀菌曲线。通过电导率的测定、260 nm以及280 nm处吸光度值的测定初步考察了没食子酸对荧光假单胞菌的抑制机制。结果发现没食子酸对荧光假单胞菌有抑制作用,其MIC和MBC值分别为3.5、3.6 mg/m L,该抑制作用与细胞膜破坏、细胞内电解质及大分子物质外泄有关。In this paper, it was investigated the antibacterial effects of gallic acid on pseudomonas fluorescens through evaluating the inhibition zone, minimum inhibitory concentration (MIC) and minimum bactericidal concentration (MBC). Moreover, it was gained the killing curve of gallic acid against Pseudomonas fluorescens. In addition, it was explained the mechanism of gallic acid against pseudomonas fluorescens through testing the electrical conductivity, absorbance value at 260 nm and 280 nm. As a result, it was found that the MIC and MBC of gallic acid was 3.5 mg/mL and 3.6 mg/ mL respectively. The antibacterial effects was due to the damage of cell membrane, which induced the leakage of intracellular electrolyte and high molecular material.
