试论建设“责任-智慧-导航-快乐”的教师队伍

摘　　要：教师是教育事业发展的主导力量,是提高教育质量、实现教育目标、推动高校不断发展的主要因素。通过对浙江交通职业技术学院教师队伍建设目标的研究与探索,提出建设"责任—智慧—导航—快乐"的学校教师队伍建设目标,教师担负发自内心的责任、能够智慧教育、担当学生的专业、兴趣和职业的导师、快乐地实现人生价值。基于这样的建设目标,打造适应新形势下实现"培养交通未来建设与发展的领航者"育人目标的教师队伍。The teacher is the leading force in the development of education, which is also the main factor to improve education quality, to realize the aim of education, to promote the continuous development of colleges and universities. In this paper, through the research and exploration on the target of teachers＇ team building in Zhejiang Institute of Communieations, a goal is to be put forward so as to build the target of teachers＇ team construction named as ＂Responsi- bility - Wisdom - Navigation - Happiness＂ . Based on such a eonstruetion target, a new situation is built to adapt to, as well as a team of teachers is built to realize the target of ＂cultivating future leader about traffic construction and development＂
