摘　　要：本文阐述了现代教育技术是当代职业教师必备的一项基本技能,同时分析了当前职业技术师范院校师范生现代教育技术教学现状和教学中存在的一些问题,提出了职业技术师范院校师范生现代教育技术能力培养的一些新途径。提出了职业技术师范院校师范生现代教育技术能力培养对提升职业教师教学能力,培养国家急需高技能劳动人才,推进我国教育转型和现代职业教育发展具有深远意义。This paper elaborates that modern educational technology is one of the basic skills for contemporary vocational teachers, and analyses the current situation of modern educational technology teaching for normal students in vocational technology teachers colleges and some problems in teaching, and puts forward some new approaches to cultivate normal students^mod- ern educational technology ability. It puts forward that the cultivation of normal students＂ mod- em educational technology ability has far - reaching significance to enhance the teaching ability of vocational teachers, to cultivate high - skilled personnel badly needed by country, and to promote the education transformation in China and the modern vocational education develop- ment.
