摘　　要：翻转课堂重构了成人教育中教师"教"和学习者"学"的流程,对教师的专业发展提出了一定的要求。具体言之,首先要求教师更新教育观念:增强教育教学改革意识,明确翻转课堂的意义,抓住翻转课堂的关键点;其次要求教师提升教学能力:不断学习专业知识,增强信息素养和教学技能,增强对课堂的协调和控制能力,提高课堂教学的效率和质量;最后要求教师培育教育智慧:要做好"经师"、善为"人师",提高师生"对话"水平,做"教育家型"教师,提升教育能力、完善教育品格、坚守教育信仰。如此方能使翻转课堂成为师生共同成长的生命场域和过程,教师才能得到教育生命的完善和升华。The flipped classroom reconstructs the process of teachers＇ teaching and learners＇ learning in adult education, and puts forward certain requirements on the teachers＇ professional development.
