摘　　要：随着高等教育对质量诉求的提升,青年教师的教学能力问题引起了很大的关注。根据现状调查,地方高校青年教师的课堂教学存在很多问题,学校对青年教师教学能力的培养也有许多不足,需要采取各种措施优化培养方式,提升青年教师的教学能力,提高教育质量。With the greater demands of the quality promotion of higher education,the young teachers＇ teaching ability has caused great attention.According to the survey of the status quo,many problems exist in young teacher＇s classroom teaching as well as the school training model of young teachers＇ teaching ability at local university.It needs to take various measures to optimize the ways of training so as to improve young teachers＇ teaching ability and the quality of education.
