摘 要:高等教育综合改革的根本目的是完善高校治理结构,扩大和落实高校自主权,推动高校组织模式深入变革,从而提高高校教育教学效能。高职院校是具有一定组织结构的高等教育机构类型之一,可以通过专业教学团队建设推动其基层教学组织的变革。目前高职院校专业教学团队建设存在结构不合理、可持续性发展与建设的机制和动力不足、绩效不明确、缺乏专业带头人等问题,解决的办法是建设专业"双带头型"教学团队。高职院校需要提供专业"双带头型"教学团队成长的条件,建立专业"双带头人"动态管理机制,强化团队文化建设,从而推动专业"双带头型"教学团队建设。The comprehensive reform in higher education is the thorough change in the organization model to improve the teaching effectiveness in higher education institutions. Higher vocational college is one of higher education institutions with certain organization structure. Its change of teaching organization at basic level can be promoted by the construction of professional teaching team. At present, there are many problems in the construction of teaching team, including the irrational structure, the lack of professional dual-leaders, the mechanism and motivation of sustainable development and construction, and undefined performance. The solution is to construct "dualleaders" professional teaching team. Thus, higher vocational schools should provide the conditions, build the dynamic management mechanism, strengthen team culture construction, so as to foster the construction of "dual-leaders" teaching staff.
