摘  要:教师的教学能力是决定教育教学质量的关键因素,也是影响劳动力素质的重要因素。当今时代,职业院校教师的信息化教学能力对学校的教学质量将产生重要影响。主要从经济发展对劳动力素质的要求、教育方式对劳动力素质的影响、教师教学能力与教育方式的关系等几个方面阐述教师教学能力发展的三个层次。同时,还对职业院校教师信息化教学能力的六个方面进行界定,并设计了一整套职业院校教师信息化教学能力提升的培训模块和实施路径,以期对我国职业院校教师信息化教学能力的提升培训工作提供参考。A teacher’s teaching ability is crucial to teaching quality. It is also an important influence on the quality of labor force. Nowadays, the teaching quality is decided by our teachers’ ICT skills in teaching to a large extent. In this thesis, the three different levels of a teacher’s teaching ability development will be described in the following perspectives: the growing demands of labor force as the economic grows; the influence of educational modes to labor force; the relationship between a teacher’s teaching ability and teaching modes, etc. Moreover, we also define the ICT skills in teaching of vocational college teachers from six aspects. Finally, we design a training framework of improving the ICT skills in teaching of vocational college teachers for your reference.
