摘  要:高职院校通过学生满意度调查,获得学生对教学质量、管理质量、学习生活条件等方面指标的满意度评价、重要性评价。以黎明职业大学实施的学生满意度调查为例,论述学生满意度调查对高职院校发展战略制定所起的作用:对各指标获得的满意度评价、重要性评价排序,划定各指标在重要性、满意度的或高或低的级别,构建重要性-满意度战略矩阵4象限。从"项目带动"的策略着眼,将处在4个象限的指标划定为关乎学校未来发展的强势项目、挑战项目、可调整项目、需持续改进项目。Based on the student satisfaction survey, vocational colleges can get information from students on the satisfaction and significance indicators of the quality of teaching, management and infrastructure. With a study on Liming Vocational University as an example, the effects of student satisfaction survey on the strategy formulation were articulated. Each indicator was compartmentalized into high or low regime according to its e- valuation score of satisfaction or significance so as to construct a strategic matrix with four quadrants. And from the perspective of project-led strategy, the evaluation indicators could be divided into the dominance group, the challenge group, the adjustable group and the continual improvable group, all of which were central to fu- ture development of the university.
