摘　　要：目的:检验基于问题的学习(PBL)用于《医学心理学》对专科生积极心理健康的影响。方法:采用实验组前测后测设计,以《幸福进取者问卷》测试264名专科医学生的积极心理健康。结果:实验后学生的自我肯定、目标管理和积极心理健康总均分显著提高。结论:PBL应用于《医学心理学》有助于提升专科医学生的积极心理健康。Objective：To test the effects of positive mental health education of medical psychology using Prob-lem-Based-Learning. Methods：A pretest-posttest design was used for experimental group, and the Happy-enterpris-ing Individual Questionnaire （HIQ） was used to test 264 medical junior college students＆#39; positive mental health. Results：The posttests of self-affirmation, goal-management, and total mean marks were significantly higher than pretest. Conclusion：Problem-Based-Learning used in medical psychology is helpful to improve medical junior college students＆#39; positive mental health.
