摘　　要：知识社会学的角色范式提出理解教师角色的一种理论框架,即社会圈子、自我、地位和功能所构成的理论分析框架。学术资本主义背景下,教师的社会圈子、自我、地位和功能都发生了不同程度的转变。教师参与知识方式、依赖知识类型的转变,导致教师角色发生变化。The roIe paradigm of knowledge‐based socioIogy provides a theoreticaI framework consisting of communication scope , ego , status and function for understanding the roIe of facuIty . In the context of academic capitaIism , the communication scope , ego , status and function have changed to varying degrees . The change in participation way and knowIedge type Ieads to the change of facuIty’s roIe .
