摘  要:采用气相色谱-质谱联用技术,建立了聚丙烯包装材料中6种化学添加剂的检测方法。该方法测定的6种目标化合物在0.05~5.0mg/L的范围内具有较好的线性关系,相关系数r≥0.9959。加标浓度分别为50、100、200μg/L时,回收率在70.9%~132.6%之间,相对标准偏差在0.1%~8.4%之间。方法检出限的范围是2.0~13.0μg/kg。依据欧盟指令(EU)NO.10/2011,实验考察了在温度为40、70、100℃的条件下,6种化学添加剂向脂肪类模拟物(异辛烷)的迁移量。结果表明:聚丙烯包装材料的内部结构,影响化学添加剂的迁移量。迁移量随着材料结晶度和扩散活化能的增高而减小;化学添加剂的分子量越小,越容易从包装材料中迁出。Determination of 6 kinds of chemical additives in polypropylene packaging materials by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry had been studied. The standard curves was linear in the range of 0.05~ 5.0mg/L and had a good linear relationship(r≥0.9959). Spiked at concentration of 50,100,200μg/L,the recoveries were 70,9%-132.6% with RSD 0,1%~8,4%(n=6), The limit of detection was in the range of 2,0~13.0μg/kg. According to European Union directive(EU) NO. 10/2011 ,experiments studied the quantity of 6 substances migrate to fatty food simulant(isooctane) under temperature of 40,70,100℃. The results indicated that the internal structure of polypropylene materials influenced the amount of migration. The amount of migration decreased with the degree of crystallinity and activation energies increased. The smaller molecular weight of chemical additives ,the easier was moved out from packaging materials.
