译者介入的困境——以秋瑾译《看护学教程》为例

摘　　要：译者作为社会化的个体,以复杂的方式存在。因此,译者在翻译过程中对源文本的介入方式并非单一的,也可能以矛盾的方式出现。本文分析秋瑾翻译的国内首部护理学教材,揭示其理想主义的社会观与功利主义的翻译目的、大众化的语言观与文言语体的选择、女性主义的社会批判与父权主义的翻译话语、科学主义的翻译态度与实用主义的翻译策略间所凸显出的矛盾立场,指出译本能够以矛盾张力的方式存在。A translator is a complex social individual, so his intervention in the target text can be affected by several complicated or even conflicted reasons. This paper explores the contradictions in Nursing Textbook by Qiu Jin, who is in dilemma between her idealized social outlook and utilitarian purpose of translation, between her democratic view of language and choice of Wenyan, the Classical Chinese for the upper society, between her feminist stance and paternalist discourse in translation, between her scientific view and pragmatic strategies of translation, and points out that Nursing Textbook by Qiu Jin is a translated text full of tensions.
