摘  要:控制器是桌面型贴片机的核心系统,为此设计了紧凑型贴片机异构多核可编程自动化控制器(PAC)原型。设计了贴片机PAC架构,并根据独立态和组合态两种应用场合定义了PAC内部模块功能以及模块间数据总线;重点实现了集步进电机驱动和运动控制于一体的闭环型贴片机运动控制模块,并基于运动控制模块软件功能设计了支持G代码的基本指令系统,开发了嵌入式软件系统和上位机运动控制测试软件。最后,对系统原型进行了测试,验证了控制器的基本功能。The controller is the core of desktop pick-and-place machine,the programmable automation controller(PAC)prototype of pick-and-place machine is designed,which is a compact and heterogeneous multi-core controller. The architecture of the PAC of the pick-and-place machine is designed. Two application situations of PAC,including independent mode and combination mode,are introduced,and then the internal module functions of PAC are defined according to these two situations,and all modules communicate with each other by the custom data bus. The motion control module of the pickand-place machine is implemented,which integrates with stepper motor driving and motion control,and which succeeds in realizing closed-loop control of stepper motors. The basic instruction system,based on the software functions of the motion control module,is compiled for supporting the G-code,and then the embedded software system and the PC testing software of PAC is developed. The experiments are implemented on the system prototype. From the experimental results,it can be seen that the basic functions of the controller designed is feasible and reliable.
