摘  要:当前对医学生医学人文素养的评价存在评价内容局限、评价手段单一、难以真实反映医学生的医学人文素养等问题。对医学生医学人文素养评价指标、评价方法以及第三军医大学医学专业课程和医学人文课程考试情况进行了调查研究,指出当前医学人文素养考试评价的不足,并结合实践提出凝练医学人文素养核心评价指标,考知识与考能力相结合,人文与临床相融合,分阶段、分目标实施医学人文素养评价等加强医学生医学人文素养考试改革的建议。There are some problems in evaluation of medical students' humanistic competences, such as limitation of evaluation content and method, and difficulty in reflecting humanistic competences in practice. The evaluation index and method, curriculum and examinations of medical humanities courses in the Third Military University were examined. The results showed that there was lack of effective evaluation on medical humanities education. Meanwhile, implementing the examination reform of medical students' humanistic competences was proposed from four aspects, such as identifying evaluation index, evaluating both knowledge and ability, humanities and clinic competences, and making phrased evaluation with specific aims for different stages of humanistic competence cultivation.
