高职院校教学团队建设的探索与实践——以安徽工商职业学院为例

摘　　要：为了培养应用型、技能型人才,高职院校应当进行教学团队建设。安徽工商职业学院楼宇智能化工程技术教学团队是安徽省级教学团队,其在师资队伍建设、教学工作建设、科研工作建设等方面进行了探索和实践。这些实践经验对其他高职院校有一定的借鉴意义。In order to train applied and technical talents,higher vocational colleges should carry out the teaching team construction. The teaching team on intelligent building engineering of Anhui Business Vocational College is the provincial level teaching team. The exploration and practice are made in the teaching staff construction,the teaching work construction and the research work construction. The college＇s experience will be of some reference value for other higher vocational colleges.
