摘  要:应试教育是一种规范论,强调服从规范性知识,忽视了学生的个性需求。应试教育造成部分地方的中学文学教育发生异化。文学即人学,文学教育的核心内涵是育人。教化的目的是夯实人的内在精神结构,优化人的品格情操。当前中学文学教育的改革方向是转向教化论,着重塑造学生的人文精神,重视实践活动的教化作用,在考评方法上增加面试、综合素质记录和创新能力评价。Examination- oriented education is a kind of the theory of norms,emphasizes the obedience to the normative knowledge and ignores the students' individual needs. Examination- oriented education leads to the dissimilation of literary education in partial middle schools. Literature is human learning,the core connotation of literary education is educating people. The purpose of education is to tamp students' inner spiritual structure and optimize their characters. The current direction of literary education in middle school reform is turning to enlightenment,focusing on students' humanistic spirit and the enlightenment roles of practical activities,and to increase interviews,comprehensive quality records and innovation capacity evaluation in evaluation methods.
