职业教育需要注入“工业精神”“夹具机构制作”实训课程教学设计

摘　　要：中国经济发展需要"工业精神",培养企业所需技能人才的职业教育需要融入"工业精神"。文章通过高职院校制造类专业一门实训课程"夹具机构制作"的教学设计,介绍了怎样在职业教育课程教学中融入"合作精神、契约精神、质量底线、效率观、科学观与创新精神"等培养内容的案例,提出职业教育只有与时俱进,与企业接轨、与市场接轨,才能不断适应国家用人需求。The economic development of China needs the industry spirit,so does the vocational education of training skilled talents needed by enterprises. Through the teaching design of the training course of Fixture Mechanism Manufacture of manufacturing majors in vocational colleges,this paper describes how to integrate cases of training contents of the spirit of cooperation,the spirit of contract,the baseline of quality,the concept of efficiency,the concept of science and the spirit of innovation in the course teaching in vocational education,and puts forward that vocational education must keep pace with the times,become integrated into enterprises and markets in order to adapt to the state＇s personnel demand.
