摘  要:培养人才是高校最原始、最基本的职能,高职院校更是如此。教学工作是高职院校的中心工作,而课堂教学又是教学工作的核心,忽视课堂教学的高职院校最终会失去自身的竞争优势。影响课堂教学质量的三大主体是学校、教师和学生,这三大主体对课堂教学质量的影响是多方面的。课堂教学管理无疑是一个系统工程,受着各种显性和隐性因素的影响,找到并分析这些因素,就能探索出一条有效的课堂教学管理途径。Talent training is the original and basic function of colleges,especially of vocational colleges. Teaching is the central part of vocational colleges,and classroom teaching is the core of teaching. Vocational colleges will lose their competitive edge if they neglect classroom teaching. Colleges,teachers and students are the three parts that can affect the quality of classroom teaching,and the three parts have various effects on the quality of classroom teaching.Management of classroom teaching is undoubtedly a systematic engineering,influenced by all kinds of dominant and recessive factors. Through the recognition and analysis on the factors,an effective way of classroom teaching management will be explored.
