摘　　要：《国家中长期教育改革和发展规划纲要》颁布以来,民办幼儿园取得较大发展,但仍存在诸多问题:缺乏财政支持,办园成本高;缺乏社会认同,办园压力大;缺乏教师支持政策,难以吸引优秀师资。因此,需要健全政策与财政制度,促进民办园良性发展;保障教师待遇,促进教师队伍建设;注重内涵发展,提升教育服务质量。＂National medium and long-term educational reform and development plan＂promulgated, the development of private kinder-garten has made great progress, but there still exist many problems：lack of financial support, the high cost of kindergarten running;the lack of social identity, the kindergarten pressure;lack of teacher development support system, it is difficult to attract outstanding teachers. Therefore, improve the policy and financial system, promote the healthy development of private kindergarten;ensure the teacher treat-ment, improve the construction of private kindergarten teachers;pay attention to the connotation development, improve the quality of edu-cational services.
