摘　　要：仁,是人作为人存在的理性法则,不仅是个人美德之要,也是政治德性之魂,彰显着治国育人之本,是中华民族传统文化的精髓,中华民族生生不息的精神之根。大学生思政与法治教育,要重视对传统文化的探究与传承,探索传统文化与时代精神的有效对接,培育当代大学生的民族文化自信力和个体道德自觉心,理性践行"我的中国梦"信念。Being a rational law of human existence, benevolence is both the core of individual virtue and the soul of political integrity to re- flect the essence of administrating state and cultivating talents, constituting the traditional - culture quintessence and the root of Chinese nation ＇ s spiritual strength endless. In university students＇ ideological and political work and rule of law education, it should be pay attention to exploration and succession to traditional culture, integrating it with the times spirit to cultivate the students ＇ confidence in national culture and individual - morality consciousness to practice the faith in ＂My Chinese dream＂ .
