高职院校教师教学质量监控考评体系的研究与实践——以武汉职业技术学院为例

摘　　要：作为国家示范性高职院校,武汉职业技术学院狠抓教学质量管理,依据"四方三层"教学质量管理理念及质量标准体系内涵,构建了全面系统、科学合理、操作性强、具有现代高等职业教育特色的教师教学质量监控与考评体系。在实际运行中,老师教学质量监控体强化教学过程管理,监控立体体现了多元化特点;教师教学质量考评体系做到定性与定量相结合,定量考评体现了精细化特点。As a national demonstration vocational colleges, Wuhan Polytechnic pays close attention to the quality of teaching,building a teaching quality monitoring and evaluation system with modern features of higher vocational education, which is comprehensive and systematic, scientific and rational, and workable. By the effective operation, this system greatly promotes the teaching quality and the quality of talent training.
