摘  要:在职场中经常出现有能力者晋升不畅,而看似"无能"的员工却会得到升职机会。为什么会出现这种现象?基于管理学与心理学的相关理论分析职场中影响员工职务晋升的一些非能力因素,试图解码非能力因素对员工职务晋升的影响。In the workplace we often see that those who have great ability have difficulty in getting promoted, while those who seem "incompetent" have opportunity to get promoted. Why will this kind of phenomenon take place? Based on relevant theories of management and psychology, this study analyzes some non-capacity factors that affect employee's promotion in the workplace and tries to decode the influence that non-capacity factors affect employee's promotion.
