摘  要:教育实习是师范生建构教师专业身份的重要阶段。在教育实习中,师范生以已经习得的身份前概念为基础,确证、调适与重构教师身份概念。这一建构过程至少有三种路径:一是将身份前概念确认为专业身份概念;二是部分肯定身份前概念,在实习情境中调适,建构新的身份概念;三是全部否定身份前概念,并重构教师专业身份概念。这一过程经历了从身份前概念到新教师专业身份的过程。Teaching practice is an important stage of the construction of professional identities for student teachers. When they are prictising teaching, on the base of preconcept on teacher professional identities they have learned, they certain, ad- justment and reconstruct it. The construction process has at least three paths: One is professional identities confirmed in- stead of preconcept; Another is that certain part of preconcept is sured , they construct new identities concept, and the last is reconstruction of teachers' professional identity concept and not all preconcept. This is the process from preconcept to the new teachers' professional identities.
