The microbial fermentation bed humus is the waste produced in the modernized animal husbandrybreeding industry. In order to avoid environmental pollution,it must be reused with multimode as resourcerecovery. The mycelium morphology and growth speed were compared, and the suitability of Stropharia rugosoannulata mycelium culture with microbial fermentation bed humus as substitute material was evaluated, bytaking microbial fermentation bed humus with different proportion as the main substrate raw material.Theresults showed that the mycelium of group Ⅰ,in which the material wheat bran was completely replaced, wasgracile and sparse,so the microbial fermentation bed humus was not suitable as a substitute material; themycelium of groupⅡ,in which the material sawdust was completely replaced, grew slowly; the mycelium of theother formula that adding the wheat bran was all pure white and thickening, the growth situation of themycelium was the same as that of group CK.In view of the same growth situation of the mycelium, theapplication method of microbial fermentation bed humus as a substitute material could be further optimized toselect the best substitution proportion to culture the mycelium of Stropharia rugoso-annulata.
