以实践教学需求为导向,改革高职院校设备采购工作

摘　　要：目前,部分高职院校存在教学设备利用率低、责权不明确、难以形成有利于采购方的市场优势等问题。应该以教学需求为目标,改革高职院校设备采购制度,严格实施项目化管理,统筹调配和科学购置仪器设备,培养高素质采购队伍,构建符合高职教育的现代化设备采购管理体系。At present, teaching equipment utilization rate is low in some of the higher vocational colleges, responsi-bility is not clear, and it is difficult to form a conducive to the buyer＆#39;s market advantage.Setting the needs of pac-tice teaching as the goal,higher vocational colleges should reform the equipment procurement policy, strictly imple-ment the preject-based management, co-ordinate the deployment and purchase equipment scientifically cultivate high-quality workers in procurement and build a modern system of equipment procument.
