创造性叛逆视角下英文人名翻译研究

摘　　要：创造性叛逆不仅用于文学翻译,也同样适用于英文人名翻译。以创造性叛逆为视角,结合人名翻译实例,阐述英文人名翻译不同题材中的改译、结构上的漏译和发音上的变译。但因人名翻译受客观知识规律、文化规范和接受语境三个"度"的制约,译者并非无限制的发挥主观能动性,而是在忠实于原作的基础上能动转换或转述原作。因此,译者在正确把握这三个"度"的前提下,有利于译者合理地发挥主观能动性以契合读者的文化心理,从而提高译文的可读性。Creative treason is not only applied for literary translation but also conducted English names. By integrating specific name translation examples, tactics of transformation sion in structures and alteration in pronunciations were introduced when translating English on the translation of in text styles, omisnames from the perspeetive of creative treason. However, subjected to three principles such as objective laws, cultural norms and social environment of target readers, translators can＇t give full play to their subjectivity while translating. They have to flexibly reproduce the source texts based on faithfulness to the original ones. Therefore, under the guidelines of these three principles, translators can fully and rationally apply their creative thinking without deviating the original meaning in order to meet the target readers＇ cultural psychology and its readability can also be improved.
