高校体育教育专业卓越人才培养的有效路径构建——以安庆师范学院为例

摘　　要：文章运用文献资料法和实践研究法等研究方法,对安庆师范学院体育教育专业卓越班人才培养的有效路径构建进行研究.研究认为:重构体育卓越班人才培养目标,转变育人观念;积极优化人才培养方案,凸显卓越班特色;改革人才培养模式,提升综合素养;加强实践教学,拓宽实践渠道;组建"双师"型教学团队,搭建体育卓越人才成长平台等,是安庆师范学院体育教育专业卓越实验班人才培养的有效路径.Using the methods of documentary,practice and so on,the effective paths are researched of physical education professional excellence talents culture in colleges and universities. Research thinks：To restructure the talents training goal of PE excellence class,change the idea of education;to optimize the personnel training program,highlight the outstanding class features;to reform talents training mode,improve the comprehensive quality;to strengthen the practice of teaching practice,broaden the channels;to form＂ double teacher type＂teaching team,build sports excellence talent development platform,are the paths of the training of physical education in Anqing teachers college outstanding talent.
