摘　　要：有机化学是食品专业的基础课程,提高食品专业学生对有机化学的学习兴趣具有重要意义。本文以两个涉及食品安全的重大事件作为教学案例,探讨了案例式教学法在食品专业有机化学教学中的应用。将生动的教学案例与枯燥的理论知识相结合,以显著提升食品专业有机化学的教学效果。Organic chemistry is a basic course of food major. It is very important that improving tile learning interest of students of food major. In this paper, the application of case teaching in organic chemistry for food major was discussed using three important events involving food security as teaching case. Teaching effect can be remarkably improved through combining lively teaching ease and boring theoretical knowledge.
