高职生英语学习自我效能感提高的策略研究

摘　　要：高职学生英语学习现状不容乐观,运用自我效能感能提高高职学生英语学习的积极性。分析影响自我效能感的因素,认为提高高职学生英语学习自我效能感的策略为:教师指导学生设定合理的学习目标;构建宽松愉悦的课堂氛围,让学生体验成功;充分发挥榜样的力量;建立多元评价体系;指导学生进行合理归因。This paper first analyzes the self-efficacy of the vocational college students in English learn- ing,and then suggests that self-efficacy should be used to improve the interest of students. The specific strategies are directing students to establish the reasonable aim, building pleasant classroom atmosphere, playing the role of model, establishing diversified evaluation system and guiding students to carry on rea-sonable attribution.
