摘 要:以冷榨(≤65℃)毛荼油为原料,通过单因素和正交试验,对制备无色化妆品用茶油的脱色工艺进行了优化。最佳脱色工艺条件为:复合脱色剂用量为3.5%(m/m),竹炭和活性白土的比例为2:1(m/m),温度为60℃,时间为30 min,最大脱色率达(98.2±0.1)%(n=4),其中复合脱色剂添加量对脱色效果的影响达到极显著水平(P<0.01)。常温见光与常温不见光条件下,在存放后期会轻度返色,但在低温见光与低温不见光条件下,无色冷榨茶油的色泽值在整个试验期(90 d)没有变化(YOR0)。与文献报道的化妆品用茶油和医用茶油相比,本研究制得的无色冷榨茶油样品品质更佳。所建立工艺的脱色效率高,且在低温下进行,可最大限度保护冷榨茶油中生物活性成分免遭破坏。为保证无色冷榨茶油品质的稳定,应低温避光保存。所制得无色冷榨茶油是制备护肤美容品的极佳原料。This paper is aimed to investigate the decoloring technology of cold - pressed crude camellia oil (COASO) so as to provide basis for preparation of colorless cosmetic oil with high quality. Take cold - pressed crude camellia oil ( ≤65 ℃ ) as material, deeoloring technology was optimized through single factor and orthogonal experi- ments. The optimum decolorizing conditions were as follows: the dosage of compound decolorant was 3.5% (m/m) , the ratio of bamboo charcoal to activated clay was 2:1 ( m/m), temperature was 60 ℃, and time was 30 rain. Under such conditions, the maximum rate of decolorization reached (98.2 ± 0.1 ) % ( n = 4 ), the effect of the dosage of compound deeolorant on the rate of deeolorization reached a significant level (P 〈0.01 ). At the condition of normal temperature with and without light, its color values will come back a little more, while at the condition of low temper- ature with and without light, the color values of the colorless cold - pressed camelliae oil was kept at YOR0 during the 90 d period. Compared cosmetic and medical camelliae oil reported in literatures with one of this study, the quality of our samples was better than the formers. The decoloring efficiency of this technology was higher than others. Further- more, due to the low temperature, the bioaetive components in cold - pressed crude camelliae oil can be free from destruction to the utmost. In order to ensure the quality stability of colorless camelliae oil cold - pressed, it should be preserved under condition of low temperature and without light. The samples of colorless cold - pressed camelliae oil made in this study are excellent raw material for preparation of skin - care cosmetics.
