摘　　要：随着社区教育的不断发展,社区教师队伍专业化也是社区教育发展的必然趋势,通过梳理我国社区教育专职教师专业发展的现状及存在的问题,并提出了针对社区教育专职教师专业化发展的有针对性的对策建议,以期能促进我国社区教育专职教师专业化的发展。With the continuous development of community education,community teachers specialization is the inevitable trend of education development. By analyzing the status quo of community education full-time teachers＇ professional development in our country and the existing problems,this paper puts forward some targeted countermeasures and suggestions for the development of full-time teachers in the community education,in order to promote the development of the full-time teachers specialization in the community education in China.
