新语境下秘书学本科专业人才培养模式改革——以山东科技大学秘书学专业为例

摘　　要：如何改革秘书学本科专业培养模式,提高人才培养质量,是秘书学界面临已久的难题。秘书学本科专业正式列入高校本科专业目录使得该专业建设进入一个新的起点,山东科技大学秘书学专业以此为契机进行了培养模式的改革,针对以往人才培养模式的弊端,以培养符合社会需求、优势突出的复合型高级秘书人才为目标,改革课程体系设置,突出专业主干课程,注重职业能力培养,强化实践教学。In secretary science, it is difficult to reform its training mode and improve its quality for undergraduates for a long time. Secretary Science has entered a new starting point since it was included in the formal course catalog. In Shandong University of Science and Technology, teachers use this opportunity to carry out a reform of training mode such as set a curriculum system, highlight main courses, focus on vocational training, and strengthen the practice teaching facing the last abuses and in order to cultivate the senior secretary talents who are in line with the needs of society, and the outstanding advantages.
