摘　　要：布鲁姆教育目标分类法将认知领域的教学目标分为知道、理解、运用、分析、综合和评价六个层次。根据辽宁医学院实际情况,将认知领域教学目标分类法应用于药物化学课程的教学目标制定、课堂教学过程和考试命题中,从而提高药物化学课程教学质量。According to the theory of Bloom＇s taxonomy of educational objectives, the teaching objectives in the field of cognition could be divided into six levels ： knowledge, comprehension, application, analysis,synthesis and evaluation. Taxonomy of educational objectives was applied in medicinal chemistry course, which could guide formulating teaching target, teachers＇ instruction and examination proposition.
