高校学术型社团“双导师制”建设新探

摘　　要：高校学术型社团"双导师制"是对高校学术型社团指导模式展开的最新探索,高校学术型社团的自觉发展需要科学的导师制度设计,"双导师制"引导高校学术型社团遵循学术和科学发展的道路,学生日益增长的成长需求及高校学术型社团核心功能发挥的内在要求催生了高校学术型社团"双导师制",管理和学术指导的合理分工提高了指导工作的效率与质量,通过建设聘用机制、考核评价制度、工作责任制、稳定经费支持的措施创建"双导师制",以打造精品高校学术型社团。The ＂Double Tutorial System＂ of the academic community is the latest exploration on the academic community guide mode. Conscious development of the academic community needs a scientific mentor system design. ＂Double tutorial system＂ guide the academic society to follow the academic and scientific development road. The growth of the students＇ growing demand and requirement of the core function of the academic community give rise to the ＂double tutorial system＂ of the academic community. Reasonable divi- sion of labor management and academic guidance improved the efficiency and quality of the guidance work. Measures are made through the construction of employment mechanism, evaluation system, responsibility system, stable funding which create ＂double tutorial sys- tem＂ so as to build high -quality goods academic community.
