摘　　要：高职院校校企文化融合,对于提升高职教师与学生的企业文化素质,促进师生职业生涯发展,促进高职院校的特色与创新发展,以及力促现代企业文化立岗、文化立人之管理目标,促进现代企业高质人才的持续开发等,都具有重要意义。A blend of campus culture and corporate culture enables staff and students to improve the understanding of enterprise culture and to make for self--enhancement of themselves. It will enormously promote the development of career among staff and students. Also, it is of great importance to make advance of features and innovation to the campus,help achieve the manage- ment goal of building the positions and staff with culture and quality in modern corporations,and boost a sustainable develop- ment of the high quality talents of modern enterprise.
