技术技能人才的培养及路径研究——以城市水利专业为例

摘　　要：在"国家教育事业发展第十二个五年规划"中将高职教育人才培养目标定位为培养技术技能人才,这是高职教育的重大转变,也是经济社会发展的必然要求。为此,高职院校应根据技术技能人才的培养要求,从专业所面向的岗位要求、生源情况、认知规律及办学条件等客观实际情况出发,选择合适的人才培养模式,营造良好的育人环境,打造精干的教学团队,培养出合格的技术技能人才。In the twelfth five-year plan of national education development,to regard the cultivation of technical and skilled talents as the talents cultivation objective for higher vocational education is a major change in higher vocational education,and is the inevitable requirement of economic and social development. Therefore,higher vocational colleges should base on the cultivation requirements of technical and skilled talents,from the following objective situations such as post requirements of the major,the enrollment of students,cognitive laws,and school-running conditions,choose the appropriate talents cultivation mode,create a good educational environment,form a capable teaching team,cultivate qualified technical skilled talents.
