摘　　要：本文结合目前职业院校服装专业实践教学特点,基于校企实践教学培养模式,建立以基于工作过程为导向的实践教学体系,充分利用校—企—校—优势,找准结合点,建立长效机制,体现"互惠、互利、共赢",培养高素质服装专业人才。This paper combines with the characteristics of the present practical teaching of clothing specialized in vocational colleges,is based on the practical teaching mode between school and enterprise,and establishes a practical teaching system based on working process as the guidance,makes full use of the schools-enterprises-schools-advantages,figures out the combining site,sets up a long-term mechanism,exhibits ＂ reciprocity,mutual benefit,all-win＂,cultivates high quality professional clothing talents.
