摘　　要：采用多目标优化软件Isight集成多体动力学软件SIMPACK,在试验设计的基础上,利用Isight软件代理模型技术建立各目标、约束函数与变量之间的近似模型,继而在此基础上进行迭代优化,得出相对于优化前动力学指标更加易于车辆曲线通过的悬挂参数。用软件之间数据的传输代替大量繁琐的人工仿真,大大提高了转向架设计效率。Using multi-objective optimization software Isight integrated multi-body dynamics software SIMPACK,on the basis of experiment design,using Isight software agent technology to establish the target model,constraint functions and variables between the approximate model,and then on the basis of iterative optimization,it is concluded that compared with before optimization dynamic index is more excellent suspension parameters.Use data transmission between the software instead of a large amount of tedious manual simulation,greatly improve the efficiency of the bogie design.
