摘　　要：许多学者研究过由复平面单位圆上全纯函数构成的QK空间和Bloch空间,其中K(r)为(0,+∞)上右连续非负非减函数。这2个空间之间的Cesàro算子的紧致性的刻画是一个十分困难的问题。设0<α<+∞,且∫10(1-r2)-1 K(-logr)rdr<+∞,g为单位圆上全纯函数,本文得到了从单位圆上QK空间到α-Bloch空间的广义Cesàro算子Tg紧致的一个充分且必要条件。Many scholars studied the QK spaces and the Bloch space of holomorphic functions in the unit disk in the complex plane, where K （r） are right continuous nondecreasing functions on （0, ＋∞）. However, it is very difficult to describe the compact Cesaro operators between these spaces. Let O〈a〈＋∞and ∫10（1-r2）-1K（-logr）rdr〈＋∞g is a holomorphic function in the unit disk, thus, asufficient and necessary condition for the extended Cesfiro operators Tg from QK spaces into a-Bloch spaces in the unit disc to be compact is obtained.
