基于基层药师培养的临床药物治疗学课程建设与研究

摘　　要：传统的高职高专药学教育课程中存在重药学知识、轻临床医学知识,普遍存在药师仅仅是懂"药"而不懂"用药"的现象,同时也非常少见有报道着重培养基层药师药学服务能力的课程研究。为此,我们在高职高专药学专业教学中开展了基于培养基层药师的以疾病为主线,将医学知识、药物治疗知识及药学服务基本技能相结合的课程研究,探讨了基于培养基层药师的临床药物治疗学课程建设与研究。The traditional pharmaceutical education curriculum in the higher vocational colleges laid stress on pharmaceutical knowledge and showed contempt for clinical medicine. There are generally phenomenons pharmacists simply understand the drug and do not understand application of the drug. At the same time, it is also rare to have the research on cultivating ability of the grass-roots pharmacists in pharmacy. To this end, we carried out curriculum study on pharmaceutical professional teaching based on training pharmacists at the grass-roots level to consider disease as the main line in higher vocational colleges, and the combination of medical knowledge, medicine treatment knowledge and basic skills of pharmaceutical care. We discussed curriculum construction and research of Clinical Pharmacotherapeutics based on training pharmacists at the grass-roots level.
